What I Wore | Jacquard A-line Dress

Hi everyone! How was your midweek? It has been a busy week for me... Im still trying to breath.
Here's my outfit for last Saturday's event that I have attended. The event was a meet and greet with Celebrity Chef-Nutritionist Nadine Tengco, and it was held at KaVe Restaurant Bar, Luxe Hotel.
Took the chance to wear this vintage jacquard dress from Zaful.com. This dress is so pretty, makes me feel so feminine.
I actually had a fashion emergency on the way to the event. One of my shoe broke... :( Since it'll consume too much time to go back home, I asked my friend to bring her wedge shoes...Why wedge? Because her shoe size is smaller than mine, so better be safe. Unfortunately, she left the shoes that she had already packed... oh.. oh..  I almost canceled my attendance to the event. Good thing my friend kept a shoe glue in her car. It was able to remedy my broken shoe.
Moral lesson: Always checked your shoes before wearing it. Specially if you havent worn it for a long time.  Shoes that arent worn for a long time are most probably causes fashion emergencies.

With my equally pretty, fashionista and so preggy friend . She took my outfit shots by the way. Thanks Dee! ;)

What I Wore | Off-Shoulder Top & Maxi Skirt

Happy Sunday everyone! Here's my latest outfit post...
It's supposed to be rainy season during this month here in our country but it still feels like summer hasn't end yet in our city. Some parts of the country are actually experiencing storms already yet here in our city its very hot. It maybe cloudy at times but it never rains and the air is so warm that makes you sweaty and irritable.
In my previous blog wrote about me and my friends relaxing at Chali Beach Resort. Here's my outfit for that day. Since the day calls for relaxing. I opted for something comfy bohemian outfit.
How was the weather in your place?

What I Wore | Tee & Maxi Skirt

What's your typical outfit on a lazy day?
When I dont feel like dressing up I used to grab my trusted shorts and from their decide what top to pair it with. However, this changed now... The typical outfit that comes to mind first is a maxi skirt paired with white tees.
White Tees. This makes me laugh everytime, because I used to despised wearing white tees before, for the reason that I easily get dirt on it. No im not clumsy, but just the on-the-move kind of woman. Go ahead reason out! lol ;) Im probably maturing because now you can see them taking over my black tops in my closet. Heck I even have the plain ones! O.o
Speaking of maxi skirt, I am thinking of having more of this well-crafted ones like the one Im wearing in this OOTD. I just love maxi skirts with hand-crafted details. This ombre blue maxi skirt has a crochet details.
I say, let the hunting begins!
Do let me know if you know shops with great designs on thier maxi skirts! ;)

What I Wore| Stripe Dress & Denim Vest

Attended two events today so opted for a comfortable outfit.
I attended the launching of Sony Bravia Android TV with fellow CDOBloggers. Its been a while since Ive attended launching events, so was looking forward to meet my fellow bloggers. We we're treated for lunch at Bigby's Restaurant right after and we had plenty of time to chat while enjoying the delicious buffet.
After lunch, me and some of the blogger friends stroll at the mall to look for a house warming gift for our fellow bloggers Ding and Bang. We were looking for a hand mixer because Bang just found a new hobby which is baking. We we're able to bought a cheaper and useful hand mixer at Ronbinsons Appliance. We headed to Ding and Bang's house right after and had fun.

What I Wore | Crop Top and Denim Maxi Skirt

One of the biggest struggles Ive had since I started fashion blogging is that a person who will take a photo of myself with my outfit of the day, a.k.a "my photographer". Im the type of blogger who post outfits I wore on that certain day/event. And I am not comfortable sharing photos that are mirror selfies on my blogs. I also like to capture my outfits at the venue/event where Ive worn that outfit.
I know I can bring a tripod to shoot myself but then it'll be a hassle specially for someone like me who doesnt own a car where I can just dumped extra belongings. My friends are not interested in taking photos for my outfits shots. And at times that Ive convinced them to help me, it doest help them making fun of my poses... Talking about boosting down your confidence when you need it the most. haha The struggle is serious I tell yah!
Every fashion bloggers has their own different ways in sharing outfit post. And this is how I want with mine which Im struggling at times to achieve. How about you? What are the challenges that you currently face on the niche that you are blogging for? If you have tips or suggestions for me please do drop them at the comment section below. I'll be glad to hear from you all.

What I Wore| Bodycon Skirt and Wedge Sneakers

It felt so good to finally share another outfit post.  Just recently had a new work that sticks to a schedule and requires me to wake-up early in the morning. So Im in a huge adjustment until now.

What I Wore| White Dress & Mid-Calf Boots

Blogged earlier on Zee and Aya's wedding... Here's what I wore on that day.
The themed of the wedding was bohemian. And the motiff is green and champagne.

The bride requested for a non-white dress for guest on the last minute. However, Dee and I just arrived from our Bohol escape and we dont have much time to shop for something green bohemian outfit. You know girls... need atleast weeks, or worst, months to prepare for something to wear on special occasions. ^_^
So we both ended wearing white dresses. I  settled for my white dress with lace and crochet details. Not bad since its so boho! This is what I originally plan to wear until the bride's request... that is. I was able to spot this green vest so I added it up to atleast have something green on my outfit. I actually taught of it as clever thing... but still the bride was still upset on me and Dee's as well as Risa's major white outfits weeks after the wedding. (facepalm) hahaha Sorry again Zee!

I owned this dress in awhile and I had only worn it once. I bought it at a thrifted shop. Talking about being a hunter. ;)
The mid-calf boots is my latest addition to my boots babies. It arrive last month, ordered it online.

What I Wore | Jeans & Crop Top

Here's what I wear at a friends birthday.  This is the first Ive worn this jeans which by the way is so comfy. I bought this from the newly opened Bobson Japan at Limketkai Mall. I opted for the red jeans because I want something unsual. And these can make even the simplest outfits, like t-shirts and sneakers, look stylish.
Just like my pants my crop top is so comfy and more like a second skin. I am a fan of turtle neck styles. And im happy that the cloth is soft and thin enough which compliments the tropical climate were having.

What I Wore | Boho Chic

I dont know when it started... but all I know is that I love bohemian fashion. From boots to flats, to maxi skirts, sheer pants, flowy and floral dresses... I just love romantic combination of vintage and modern styles. You can express yourself with affordable accessories and details. And since I like to be different and into exotic accessories boho fashion styles make feel comfortable and free every time im wearing one.

What I Wore | White Tee and Floral Skirt

Plain tees are really a lifesaver when you're in a hurry!

As I mentioned in the previous post, me and my friends went out for a Saturdate today. Instances like this that I only have minutes to prep up. I always grab bottom first which I think would be the most comfortable and appropriate to wear for the occasion. from there will then pic the top that will match the bottom. I first opted for white muscle tees to match my floral skirt but then after taking a bath I noticed my shoulders are peeling from the sunburn I got last week. :( So grabbed my trusted white tee instead.

I bought different colors of this plain tees at Bench. What I like most of this tees is that its in V-neck style. I love V-neck plain tees because wearing them looks sexy.

And oh! Its been awhile since Ive worned my preppy short skirts...
I miss my kikay/girly days!

What I Wore | Aztec & Side-Slit Skirt

You guess it right! Yet another outfit post from last year.. ;)

I have so many outfit shots from last year that I haven't shared on this blog so Im obviously catching up. It feel so good to finally share this OOTD.

What I Wore | Floral & Pink

Happy New Year Everyone!!!

So how was your holiday vacation? Hope you all had a great holidays spent with love ones. ^_^
I bet you also receive blessings specially in the form of wrapped gifts. As for me, I received a few and will share them in the coming days... For now, I will share this outfit I wore at the Bonchon Chicken media meeting.

I've already mentioned that I'm into floral lately right? Was so thankful to a generous friend for passing this floral bottom-down top to me. This is just so fab and the cloth is so comfy. The shorts... got it from a thrifted shop.

The butterfly bracelet is from a blogger friend's wedding. It's a bridal gift to her entourage, was one of the bridemaids. Cute isnt it? I actually helped the bride on picking the designs. ;)

See yah on my next post!

P.S. Still thinking if will I make a new year resolution blog post. For now all I had in mine is to regularly update this blog with the latest things in my life and ofcourse in my closet... ;)

What I Wore | Blue Skater Skirt

I obviously love blue!

Wore this outfit at the Bobson Japan launching. Bobson just opened its first boutique in the Philippines and yes its specifically here in our city. Was invited for the launching and media preview and you can read more about it here.

It’s my first time to wore this skater skirt that was given to me by my friend. I match the skirt with a button down top which I got from Romwe and heels for a complete semi-formal look.

I should have known this skirt are comfy. Its been given to me for awhile and just worn it now. One of the reason is that I am actually waiting for the perfect time to wear it with those killer heels (which is in color blue too…). I also thought because of its pearl details it kinda give the skirt a semi-formal-look perfect. I like the feeling when your wearing the skirt because it makes me feel so lady-like. Well definitely try it with my boots next time…

How about you? How do you wear your skater skirts? What’s the favorite shoe you always wear with it?

What I Wore | Floral Maxi Dress

I finally got the chance to wear this beautiful floral maxi dress that I got from AIOnlineShop.com.ph. I attended 2 events that day and the latter event requires formal wear. I opted for this maxi dress because it can be worn on both, casual and formal events.

In the first event I attended, it's a celebration of CDOBloggers 6th anniversary. I just added a denim coat to achieve that casual look.

For the second event, its the launching of SM City CDO Christmas centerpiece. This time I took off the denim coat. I originally plan to wear blue heels, but then decided to change into those blue flats because I’ve learned my lessons well when attending launching events… It takes a lot of walking and standing! I surely won't last long in heels.
Flats may not be appropriate for formal events but when I and my blogger friends arrived at the event proper, some others even wore casual outfits. My blue flats were saved! XD
