Kris Kringle Gift

Blogged earlier about CDOBloggers Night 2013: Thanksgiving Party... In connection to that will be showing you the gift I've received from our Kris Kringle. Before that though, let me tell you about the rules on our gifts. Everyone are encouraged to bring gifts and the gift must have an amount of PHP 49.75 excluding the wrappers or gift bag. You should also bring the proof of purchase for whoever cant bring the exact amount will be punish. Exciting right?

The gift that I've received is an awesome addition for my #OOTD's. A bracelet! It still had its tag on for PHP 49.75, bought at SM Department Store. It's so cool and I (obviously) like it.  The gift is from our newbie CDOBlogger member James. And speaking of, let me introduce to you our fresh and young newbie members of CDOBloggers... James and Andrew. James into food blogging and Andrew is into fashion.

CDOBloggers Night 2013: Thanksgiving Party

CDOBloggers Night 2013: Thanksgiving Party went punk fashion. I actually suggested the dress code because wearing punk will go well with the venue the Chills Music & Video Family KTV. ^_^ I went all black with my punk fashion, black off shoulder top and black shorts. My shorts has traces of brown threads which compliments my brown boots. For accessories I added a colorful spike bracelet, spike ring, cross ring and a rings chain necklace (which in this look I use as a belt. I just find it more comfortable to wear it as belt than wear it as necklace) to complete the look.
Thrifted black top and shorts| Romwe Gun Print Nude Tights| Tommy Hilfiger leather ankle boots

CDOBloggers Night 2013

Okay so what's with the last 2 photos?! Will they ask us (who are wearing punk fashion) to showcase our style. Seriously! Im not good at doing this. Anyways, here are some photos of the event.

#OOTD: Ayala Land Lunch Meeting

I never thought I would like turtle neck blouses until I own 2 of them. Now it’s one of the most worn blouses in my closet. The boots I worn above also thought me a lesson the first time I worn it. In fact, that’s the second time I’ve worn it after a few months of trying to get over on that embarrassing moment. .The lesson I learn from this shoes is that always know your destination before going out of the house so you will know if you’re wearing the appropriate shoes. ^_^
We met James and Ayala Land sales manager, Miss Grace yesterday with CDOBloggers Chairman of the board Mike, the newly instated CDOBloggers VP-external Jacqs and CDObloggers new member Liz. The main topic of the meeting was Ayala Land is interested in partnering with CDObloggers, Inc. They are asking our assistance on promoting the Alegria Hills in Indahag, Cagayan de Oro. From then we have come up our first event with Ayala Land which is the Alegria Hills Bloggers Tour this coming March 24, 2013.

Sun Cellular CDO Bloggers Get Together

CDOBloggers had a get together party with Sun Cellular last night at the Seafood Island, Centrio Mall. Everyone had fun on the Q & A portion specially that the prize was a Sun Cellular Plug-it.
The highlight of the evening was the food... Tadaaa! Boodle feast! :D
I actually recommended the place when Carrisa Flores from Sun Cellular asked help for the venue. It was a perfect choice... (I guess) Most of us was a first time diner at Seafood Island so before anyone can touch the food, everyone do the bloggers oath first which is the picture2x!
Right after dinner bloggers are now busy with chikas and on their gadgets. Tweeting, Facebook and the latest CDObies craze - Phewtic. I had a chance to chat with James Lim, Sun Cellular Senior Manager for Digital Marketing, about CDObloggers Org and also on Sun Cellular promos and updates.
With Carrisa Flores and James Lim of Sun Cellular
All in all it was fun night, full of talks and laughter. Thank you so much Sun Cellular for treating the bloggers and for giving us an excuse to go out on a Monday night and enjoy with each other. Thank you also for the freebies! I Got My Personalize Sun Cellular Mobile Number!

And yes lets not forget my outfit on that night...

I choose a yellow top to match Sun Cellular's color which is yellow. That was my first time to wear this feathered black skirt, since I bought it around December last year. ^_^ I added a Firmoo eyeglasses to have a nerdy look. I love how my look turns out!
After the party CDOBloggers still cant get enough and had some camera tripping on some huge posters around Centrio Mall, wherein we copy how the model/artist pose. And I did not missed the chance to have a copy-cut pose also. ^_^

Northern Mindanao Bloggers Centrio Mall Tour

Weeks from now Centrio Mall will be opening its door to Kagay-anons. Since it has been anticipated I bet it'll have a lot of people going to the mall. Good thing though that Centrio Mall gave CDObloggers along with Iligan and Bukidnon bloggers an advance mall tour.
When we arrived we were welcome by the marketing team and divided into 2 groups for the tour.
While The first group already on tour the group I belong in headed to the Marketing office at the 3rd floor of the mall for the introduction and overview of Centrio Mall.
Food served to us...

During our mall tour most of the shops aint done yet. Only a few shops who are already set-up and just needed cleaning and product display.

Heading to the Cinema. The cinema can cater 300 people. They have 2 2D cinemas and 2 regular cinemas.

The mall has a garden wherein you can find 2 acacia trees that they did not cut down during construction. It has playground for the kids. The garden is sorrounded with fine dining restaurants.

Here are some snaps of my fellow bloggers...

An yes lets end this post with a photo of myself. ^_^

Social Media Day in CDO! #smday

Earlier today I joined CDObloggers Social Media Day celebration. This celebration started year 2010 initiated by Mashable to recognize the digital revolution. Now on its third annual Social Media Day celebration CDOBloggers group organized Social Media Day CDO for Kagayanon social media users. Cagayan de Oro City was one of the 461 cities who joined Mashable Social Media Day Meetups.
Social Media Day in Cagayan de Oro was held at BFB, Limketkai. I was not supposed to attend the gathering but for some lucky reasons and kind people I made it and attended the event. A few minutes after I arrived the fun started and the Pizza and drinks was served. A perfect timing for hungry me! :D
While enjoying the pizza CDObloggers President Vicmadz had another exciting brain exercise and asked us to introduce our self by using an adjective on the first letter of our name. If your curios how I introduced myself... It's V for very sexy.. :D
Most of us who attended in the celebration already know each other except for Jerick who came all the way from Iligan City and Onin, Sanasanz friend. Nice to meet you guys!
And oh! Ah come back CDObies also came Yani and Bryan.
Our special guest on the celebration is Mindanaoan who shared a lot of her experiences, perks and some disadvantages in being one of the influential social media user.
There was a raffle and three lucky peeps namely Robstroy, Yani and Roxanne, won web hosting from WebBotics.com. Congrats y'all!
The class picture! There were some people arrived right after this class picture though. So its not a complete class picture. :D

Big thanks to our awesome sponsors:

CDOBloggers 1st Street Photography

The CDOBloggers 1st Street Photography successfully concluded last April 22, 2012. Rain showers even threatens the activity to push through but thanks to Karen Lluch a teacher of Lifetime Study Center for lending us a room for the short photography talk. After that the outdoor activity took place. The street photography started at Gaston Park then the group headed to Cathedral, Carmen Bridge, Capistrano Street and culminated at Plaza Divisoria. Certificates was then distributed right after the activity.
I would also like to thank all the participants and most specially our guest photographer, Gilbert Gulang.
